Privacy:
PAP uses industry standard security techniques to help protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information collected from you at our site. Of course, PAP cannot be and is not responsible for unauthorized access to information by hackers or others who have obtained such access through illegal measures.
Please note that your personal information will be stored and processed on our secure servers located in the United States. The laws on holding personal data in the United States may be less stringent than the laws of your country but PAP will hold and transmit your personal information in a safe, confidential and secure environment.
PAP will NOT sell or otherwise send your personal information to any third party, except when required by law or court order.



Store Policy:
PAP uses PayPal secured transaction services. PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal as methods of Payment. If you do not wish to enter your credit card details via the internet, send us an email with your phone number and time when you can be reached and we will contact you to complete the transaction over the phone.
The delivery prices on the web-site are valid for orders of up to 3 items, shipped to a single address. For different orders our customer service representative will contact you by email to arrange any additional needed delivery charges.

E-Mail:
We occasionally send e-mail to customers to provide PAP product-specific information. However, the e-mail will only provide information or links to our website -- we will never attach software or other documents to the e-mail. The links will always lead to either our web site or our FTP site, never to a third-party site. We DO NOT sell or share our mailing lists.
Customer Service Correspondence:
If you send us correspondence, including e-mails and faxes, we may retain such information in the records of your account. We retain these records in order to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud and violations of our User Agreement. We may, over time, delete these records if permitted by law.

Returns
You may return new items sold by Pickapiconline.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery are non-refundable.
